Delivery

At TIEM we want your purchase to arrive quickly and in perfect condition. All orders are sent via DPD couriers and are fully insured.

Orders placed before 1pm Mon-Friday will be dispatched on the same day, this excludes Bank Holidays. Delivery to mainland European destinations will take approximately 3-6 working days to arrive.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email and your order will be delivered the following working day. A signature is required at the time of delivery.

Please note that some countries may incur additional custom and duty fees, these fees are the responsibility of the customer.
